These tools can contain errors, omissions and outdated information. Calculations, diagrams, dimensions and other results are indicative only. Buildner does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or suitability for your project.
They are not professional architectural, engineering or legal advice. Do not rely on them for construction, safety, regulatory compliance, tender documents or contractual decisions. Independently verify every result and consult an appropriately qualified professional before using it in a project.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties. Buildner excludes liability for loss, damage or costs arising from their use or reliance on their results. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your mandatory statutory rights.

Buildner BIM does not upload or store the files, schedules, images or pasted project data you open in its tools. Those files are processed locally in your browser and stay on your device.
This applies to files opened in Buildner BIM. Acceptance records and error reports you choose to send involve other data, as explained below. Other Buildner websites have their own data practices.
What data is processed?
Files and calculations
The BIM tools read your selected schedules, model files, issue lists and images on this device. They do not provide cloud storage or automatically save your project data. Checks and exports run in your browser. Download anything you want to keep before closing or refreshing the page; Issue pack can also save an editable pack.
External links and browser assistants
External links open separate websites with their own data practices. Browser extensions or AI assistants you allow to read this page may access its data under their providers’ policies.
Reports you choose to send
If you send an error report, we save your optional note (up to 200 characters), the page address without query values or fragments, the date and time, your IP address, browser and screen details, and up to 40 recent technical event types and numeric error locations from this page. Reports do not include your project files, form values, cookies or the text of tool errors. Please leave private project details out of the optional note. Reports are kept separately from acceptance records to investigate problems.
Your acceptance and technical records
We record the date and time, your IP address, browser information, the notice version and the three acknowledgements below to document your acceptance. We do not add your project files, calculator values or destination URL to that acceptance record.
An essential cookie remembers your acceptance on this browser for up to 12 months. Removing the cookie does not delete the separate acceptance record. A separate BIM cookie remembers your cookie-panel choice for 180 days; it is not shared with Buildner Tools. Hosting providers may also keep access and security logs. Google Analytics runs on this website from your first page view unless you switch it off in Cookie settings; the Cookie policy (opens in a new tab) explains what it records. This acknowledgement does not change that choice and does not opt you into marketing.
